Top 10 Responses to our having two more boys...

As you likely know, on this pregnant-with-twins journey, we found out last Friday that we're expecting TWO MORE BOYS! We couldn't be more excited! We can't appropriately thank the mass number of people that have congratulated us. Our favorite responses are outlined below...

10) "Congratulations!" - several

9) "That's the last thing I expected!" - Jenni (@jennik80)

8) "I wanted girls!" & "You have to try again." - several

7) "Just one more and you'll have a basketball team!" - several

6) "You're stealing all the boys. I want one!" - Sly

5) "Have mercy on your grocery bill in 15 years!" - Emily (@designhermomma)

4) "God must need u 2 to raise some strong men! Just pad a room in the house now!" - Chris (@chrreed)

3) "You've saved approximately $2.4 million in wedding costs by going this route." - Nate

2) / Mrs. Blonde's smile in the ultrasound room /

1) "I'm going to have three brothers!...I love that!" - LA, our oldest son (3.5-yr-old)

awww- I was away from Twitter for a few days and missed the annoucement! Congratulations! My husband and I always wanted 4 boys. (So far, all we have is one girl.)

I was rooting for a boy/girl combo because I think that's fun. But 4 boys is awesome. :D

Hi. Just found your blog tonight. (from 5 monkeys comment) I had twins when my other two were 4.3 and 2.5. Your story brings back lots of memories. I cried for a week. Not unhappy- just in shock. Allow and encourage help from all. My aunt moved in and later we hired a helper. Keep the twins on the same schedule - advice everyone gave me. Lower your standards on things like cleaning. Keep a notebook and write down who pooped and ate when and what cute things they did that day. Even though those days were hard, I cherish them....now that I have 4 teens! Trudy 2+twins
